Why We Built This Site
Mississippi gives the public broad access to court records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Tunica County the Circuit Clerk handles felony criminal cases, civil filings in Circuit Court, judgments, juries, and marriage licenses. The Chancery Clerk is the clerk for Chancery Court, the equity court that covers divorce, probate, estates, guardianships, and land records.
